Welcome to QuoteMeTots! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the mobile application called QuoteMeTots ("App"), developed and operated by LEETHM, LLC ("Company," "we," or "us"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use the App.
1. App Purpose
QuoteMeTots is a mobile application designed to allow parents or legal guardians ("Users") to keep a journal of the memorable things their children say. The App provides a platform for Users to record, store, and organize quotes, anecdotes, and other related information.
2. User Accounts
2.1 Registration: In order to use certain features of the App, Users may be required to create an account. When registering, Users must provide accurate and complete information. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and are solely responsible for all activities that occur under their account.
2.2 User Age: The App is intended for use by individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
3. User Content
3.1 Ownership: Users retain ownership of all intellectual property rights in the content they submit or upload to the App ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, Users grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, display, and perform the User Content in connection with the operation and promotion of the App.
3.2 Responsibility: Users are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of their User Content. Users must not submit or upload any content that is unlawful, infringing, offensive, abusive, or violates any third-party rights.
3.3 Moderation: The Company reserves the right to monitor, review, and remove any User Content that violates these Terms or for any other reason at its sole discretion. The Company is not responsible for any loss, damage, or liability arising from the removal of User Content.
4. Privacy
4.1 Privacy Policy: The collection, use, and disclosure of personal information through the App are governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
4.2 Children's Privacy: The App is not directed to individuals under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us immediately.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 App Ownership: The App, including its design, graphics, text, images, logos, and other content, are owned by the Company and protected by intellectual property laws. Users are prohibited from using, reproducing, or distributing any part of the App without the Company's prior written consent.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
6.2 Limitation of Liability: IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE APP, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF THE COMPANY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms within the App. Your continued use of the App after the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Virginia, USA. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Virginia, USA.
